ordered two omrons after reading laudatory reviews. wore both of them for a couple of days, and found that they were wildly divergent in their readings. and neither one counted my steps accurately. i now depend on the much simpler and smaller and more accurate and much cheaper sport line 340 ($6.95…..)

This was my second purchase of this walk-thru gate. It is by far the best I have purchased. Sturdy, easy to open, safe for me to walk through and very nice looking. You can’t go wrong with this gate.

I bought this because almost all the reviews commented on how accurate it was. Well for about the first two weeks of having this product it would give me a different number every time I stepped on it. I mean in a row, not throughout the day. Now for about a week it has been giving me the same number all week long in the am before I eat. So my guess is maybe the battery needed sometime to kick in? I don’t know…I just hate returning things I buy on the internet:)
Fit Fresh Power Shaker

This is my second friction mount. After stumbling with suction cups, the friction mount did the job. It fits on top of your dash and is easily portable if you want to bring it inside or just move it to the floor of your vehicle. If you don’t want it to be visible on the dash when not in use a regular size baseball cap will cover it nicely. There is a little slippage on the some dashboards over time but not serious and nothing that can’t be adjusted in less than a minute.

I like these scales, because you get on, it records, and then halts at the weight long enough for me to be able to read. Other scales I have used, if I lean forward to see the numbers since I can’t see over my abdomen, the numbers will change. If I tip back on my heels, it records a different number. I get irritated with scales you have to tap first to turn on.

These scales seem to be more dependable and reliable in recording weight, and the best part is they weighed me the same as my doctor did the day I received the scales. This helps immensely.

Casio General Men s

This little guy is great. I have not had a problem with it falling out of my pocket, as I clip it with the meter inside my pocket, and attach the other clip to a belt loop. I would have liked to of had a manual reset button on the unit, but that is the only thing I would change. With this meter, I have set goals, and am really starting to get into the walking and enjoying it. All I can say is “Get It” you won’t be sorry.

New Game Country Nighthawk

I bought this solely for its exercise potential. And it is working out great! I am morbidly obese and I’m finding that the Wii Sports games that came bundled in it are perfect for someone who cannot stand for long periods of time. I’m currently up to 40 minutes per day doing a combined routine of bowling,boxing and golf-with an occasional game of baseball or tennis.

Buy the Wii and start getting fit!
