I was hopeful. Two bigs dogs and it’s cold outside. This product certainly sounded promising. It has turned out to be a total dud.

I took it out of the box and found the diverter didn’t work. It moved, but I suspect there is no hole in it as there wasn’t a drop of water coming through the hose once that diverter button was pushed – nothing. Two of us worked on it. Nothing.

When we finally managed to get water running through the hose, it quickly became clear that there was no variation between hi and lo power. There was only lo. If you have a dog with thick, heavy hair, lo power is nothing more than a walk in the rain. I thought I purchased something with power – it is labeled as such, with both a hi and a lo button – but this product has just one level of power regardless of the button pushed. Lo.

Finally, the soap seemed to run very slow if at all. We found ourselves with 100 pounds of wet squirming dog in the tub and no soap.

Frankly, one star is too many. I found this product to be worthless. I will look into returning it, but I suspect I just lost myself $50.
