I had always been of the stodgy opinion that ink jet printers were strictly for kids, for school reports etc. If I printed something at home it was on my laser jet, and I sent photos print jobs to good online print services, like ShutterBug. I’m pretty into photography and have a high end SLR camera. I decided that I’d give this one a try for less serious photo prints or proofing, as it costs little more than the replacement ink set. But the quality of the printed photos blew me away. I don’t send them out anymore!

The duplex printing is a nice option, but as for other color printing, I don’t have an opinion. Some complained that it’s slow, but that wasn’t my concern. Also I have no technical problems with it in one year of ownership.

The first time I used the FURminator, my cat looked as if she was reduced in size by 50%! She had a thick winter coat. I removed a tall kitchen trash bag full of cat hair from her. Not only did she enjoy the brushing, she seemed to enjoy being sleeker. Also, I see much less cat hair around the house and on clothing and furniture. This deshedding tool is the best you can buy. Bar none. I threw out all the other deshedding tools I’ve accumulated over the years. None can compete with the FURminator!

I read this during banned book week. I had not read it before, but it’s a classic. And hey, I wanted to see what could be so bad in it to ban it.

Hoo boy! Did I ever figure out. This book was obviously banned for being the single most boring book ever written. Or perhaps the incidence of boredom induced coma was so high, they felt the need to ban it. I don’t know. But I never did see anything horrible or even questionable in this book – nevermind interesting.

I’m sure people will comment about what a great piece of work this is. To them, I say “meh”
